PREORDERS

When you place a preorder with Lil Crumb Co., you’re reserving an item from an upcoming production run. Payment is collected in full when your preorder is placed.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING

We’re currently aiming to begin shipping our first preorder collection in early December 2026. Because preorder items are still in production, shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, quality control, freight, or other unexpected delays.

If there is a significant change to the expected shipping timeline, we’ll contact you using the email address provided with your order.

CANCELLATIONS

You may request to cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before your order has shipped. To request a cancellation, email hello@lilcrumb.fun with your name and order details.

Once your order has shipped, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE PREORDER ITEMS

If your order contains more than one preorder item, we’ll normally ship your order together once all items are ready.

IF WE CAN’T FULFILL YOUR ORDER

In the unlikely event that we’re unable to fulfill your preorder, we’ll cancel the affected item and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
