PRODUCTS

We do our best to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Because screens, photography and production materials can vary, colours and other small details may appear slightly different in person.

All products are subject to availability.

PREORDERS

Some Lil Crumb products may be offered for preorder before they are ready to ship.

When you place a preorder, you are reserving an item from an upcoming production run and payment is collected when your order is placed.

Estimated production and shipping dates are provided in good faith but may change. For more information, please see our Preorder Policy.

PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed on our website or checkout page at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges, taxes or other applicable charges will be shown during checkout where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

ORDERS

After placing an order, you should receive confirmation using the email address provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors or product availability issues.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery information will be provided where applicable during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates unless otherwise expressly stated.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but if a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you where appropriate.

Please follow any care, washing, age or safety instructions supplied with your Lil Crumb product.

Our bibs should be used under appropriate adult supervision.

Check products regularly for signs of damage or wear and discontinue use if an item becomes damaged or presents a potential safety risk.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Lil Crumb name, branding, product designs, illustrations, photographs, graphics, website content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Lil Crumb Co. unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially use our content or designs without permission.

WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
